Bit of everything, catering to all tastes. The location was perfect, close to the beach, and the staff were friendly. the building noise from the adjoining hotel was quite distracting, particularly during the early morning.

Chur, the rooftop pool was a sweet touch! But the evening menu felt a bit limited, eh? Don't get me wrong, breakfast was fab with heaps of options.

The private plunge pool rooms offer a luxurious touch that enhances the overall experience. With breathtaking views for sunrises and sunsets, the atmosphere feels elegant and tranquil, perfect for relaxation.

The noise from the refurbishment next door can be quite intrusive, making it challenging to enjoy the peace of the roof terrace. there's a peculiar policy where smoking is allowed on some terraces but not others, creating unnecessary inconvenience. The breakfast quality can be a bit inconsistent, especially with certain cooked items like scrambled eggs not meeting expectations.

after multiple stays in playa de las americas, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the beautiful beachfront view from my room and the exceptional service made it all worthwhile. additionally, the breakfast selection was impressive, featuring artisan bread and exotic fruits that set a lovely tone for the day.

Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, with an immaculate swimming pool area and friendly staff who always kept the environment clean and enjoyable, making it easy to relax during my four-night stay in a Superior Double Room Private Pool.

The hotel's decor exudes a contemporary charm, with spacious thresholds and a lovely layout that made it easy for me to navigate. The pool area offered tranquility with well-appointed sun loungers and attentive service throughout my stay.

the only downside was the lack of a quick access to the pool area. however, the staff were truly amazing. the breakfast had a lovely variety. the rooftop pool felt cozy and private.

It was just a fitting option for shopping in Playa de las Americas with fantastic value for money. The staff was super friendly and attentive, especially Sandra at check-in. Try to book your spa appointments early to avoid disappointment.

I spent 7 nights in a Superior Double Room and had a fantastic experience overall. The breakfast was a true highlight, featuring a delightful selection of pastries alongside options like full English breakfast made to order. Champagne to kick off the day. The room was consistently immaculate, and I loved the comfort it provided throughout my stay. While everything was wonderful, I feel there could be a bit more variety on the evening menu at the hotel restaurant.
